Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information about our security services and training courses. Course schedules, pricing, and availability may change without notice, and submitting a form does not by itself create a contract or reserve a seat.
Course registration and attendance
Students are responsible for meeting all state and course prerequisites, arriving on time, and bringing required equipment and identification. Certification is issued only upon successful completion of all classroom, written, and practical requirements.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Course fees are due before or at the start of class unless other arrangements are made in writing. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled class may be rescheduled or refunded; no-shows and late cancellations may forfeit the fee.
Security services
Security service engagements are governed by the written service agreement executed between Texas Protection Force and the client, which controls scope, staffing, rates, and term. Nothing on this website modifies that agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Texas Protection Force is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
